What's included in the rent?

Our rent includes high-speed WiFi, access to common areas, and basic maintenance. Bed linens and kitchen essentials are also provided. it doesnt include utilities

How does the booking process work?

You browse verified listings, choose a room, and pay a one-time reservation fee of €125. After confirmation, we send you the address and details. Your first rent payment is due one month before arrival, paid directly to the landlord.

Is the reservation fee refundable?

The €125 reservation fee is non-refundable. It covers verification, support, and secure booking handling.

When will I receive my accommodation address?

You'll receive the full address and confirmation of your booking within 24-48 hours.

Is the room really verified?

Yes. All listings are verified by our team for safety, accuracy, and student suitability. We only list rooms that meet our standards.

Who do I pay the rent to?

Rent is paid directly to the landlord starting one month before your arrival. We help facilitate the introduction and ensure everything is clear.

Can I see the room before arriving?

Yes! We provide photos and sometimes videos so you can book with confidence before arriving in Bragança or Mirandela.

Do you help after arrival too?

Yes! We offer local support and tips. Plus, we organize events and share discounts through our partnerships with local cafés, gyms, and shops.

What happens if I have a problem with the landlord or the room?

Our team will assist you in resolving the issue, mediating communication and offering alternative options if needed.
